Official Rules

The Sponsor of this promotion (the "Sweepstakes") is Car Syndicate LLC (and/or parent entities doing business as Car Syndicate), located at 15000 SE Morning Way, Suite G, Clackamas, Oregon 97015 (the "Sponsor").

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-seven (47) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Alaska, and Hawaii) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Entrants must possess a valid, non-restricted U.S. driver's license in their state of residence. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on February 13, 2027 at 11:59:59 PM PT (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor’s computer server is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Paid and free entry pathways hold absolute mathematical parity (the "Equal Dignity Rule").

Method A: Digital club membership / store purchase pathway. Entrants can visit this website during the Sweepstakes Period and purchase a qualifying digital membership club subscription tier or standalone promotional merchandise. Entries will be automatically tracked and credited to the user's account based on the entry multipliers active at checkout (for example, every $1.00 spent on qualifying tiers or merchandise equals 1 entry; a membership started now through Halloween earns 30 entries in this drawing). If a membership tier or purchase is canceled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback before the drawing, all associated entries will be voided.

Method B: Alternative method of entry (AMOE) / free mail-in pathway. To enter without making a purchase, subscribing to a digital club tier, or paying a fee, hand-print your full name, complete physical mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a standard 3" x 5" index card or postcard, insert it into a standard #10 business envelope, and mail it with proper postage to:

Each valid, legibly hand-printed, and postmarked mail-in envelope received will count as one (1) entry. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 3, 2027 and received no later than February 13, 2027 at 5:00 PM PT. No mechanical reproductions, typed entries, or bulk mailings are permitted. Each envelope constitutes a single submission.

Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received across both Method A and Method B throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor cannot predict the odds of winning prior to the conclusion of the pool aggregation.

On or about February 13, 2027, a random digital drawing will be conducted from among all combined, verified database entries (Method A) and compiled mail-in entries (Method B) received. The drawing will be executed utilizing a certified random number generator to guarantee impartiality. The decision of the Sponsor regarding the selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all aspects. The winner is announced Valentine's Day 2027.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

• The vehicle: 1968 Cal-style VW Beetle.
• Approximate retail value / fair market value: $12,000.00 USD.
• No optional cash component.
• Taxes, licensing, registration, titling, insurance, and any related fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
• Total Grand Prize approximate retail value: $12,000.00 USD.

The vehicle is awarded "AS IS" and "WHERE IS" without any warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by the Sponsor. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for travel, transit arrangements, registration, title fees, emissions testing compliance, and automotive insurance upon taking physical delivery of the prize.

The potential winner will be notified via phone call and/or email using the contact information provided at entry. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the initial notification attempt.

To claim the prize, the winner must complete, sign, and return an IRS Form W-9, an Affidavit of Eligibility, and a Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) business days of notification.

Tax notice: Because the prize value exceeds $600, the Sponsor is legally obligated to report the fair market value of the prize to the Internal Revenue Service. A 1099-MISC will be issued to the winner for tax year 2027. The winner is entirely responsible for any federal, state, or local income taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize.

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to Sponsor's use of their personal data for promotional marketing and administration of this drawing in accordance with the privacy practices described on this website. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, hometown, and video or audio recorded reactions for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation.

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Car Syndicate LLC, its owners, developers, managers, subsidiaries, affiliates, and social media platforms from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising directly or indirectly out of participation in the Sweepstakes, technical system failures, or the receipt, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

To obtain the name of the official Grand Prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped business-sized envelope to: Car Syndicate LLC, Attn: Sweepstakes #001 Winner List, 15000 SE Morning Way, Suite G, Clackamas, Oregon 97015. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
